A kitchen built around a wood-fired oven cooks with real fire, and that is what sets Il Mercato apart in Knokke-Le Zoute. You will find the restaurant at Gemeenteplein 7, 8300 Knokke-Heist, and it is one of the places I mention when a guest asks me where to eat in town.
