Privacy

Last updated: 20 October 2026

This website only shows who I am and leads you to the #JAMES app. There is no form on it: you request homes, services and experiences in the app.

When you visit, I only keep what the site needs to work. With your permission I also count visits with PostHog (servers in the EU), to see which pages help you. I never sell your data.

In the app and in my chat I keep what you send me (messages, photos, voice messages, your name and number if you give them) to help you with your stay. The full privacy policy of #JAMES explains how long and what your rights are.

You can always ask me to see, correct or delete your data: call me on +32 467 01 06 38 or write to me in the app.

Responsible: #JAMES the BnB Butler, Belgium.
